they came quickly to look at the house, took them a while to send an estimate but they never answered my questions regarding the estimate, I sent email, called several times. They said the person who can answer was Either at lunch, just left the office, I’m not in charge of this project, and and and. After now 3 weeks trying to chase them down I‘m giving up and try to find more professional plumber.

Pros: Team was nice and did good work on installing a laundry box and gas line. Cons: Make sure you watch their work closely and sign the invoice before they leave. 1. Sent out two guys when it was a one person job 2. Over charged $500 on labor 2. Charged for parts that were not used 3. Charged for parts that I supplied 4. Up sold on some water heater work and shortly after the pipes were changed, it failed and caused major leak into the garage. Owner denied it was their fault. Their solution: Gave me $10 off for the parts (that I bought). Didn't adjust price for parts that were never used. The owner adjusted the hours to the correct amount and said he "discounted" even know it was their error. I gave them the opportunity to go above and beyond, I recognize that accidents happen, but just ended up paying 3x in time and money cleaning up the mess with no compensation or understanding from management.

Rooter Connection sent out their plumbing foreman, and he literally "sniffed around", then acted on a hunch to cut a hole in the wall and found the corroded venting pipe that was causing the problem. Workers came back as scheduled to fix the problem, and even replaced the drywall when they were done. I'm really thankful to have this problem resolved!

I called Rooter Connection to have my main sewer line serviced for my house. My previous plumber who I used for 18 years retired last year and so I decided to try out Rooter Connection since they were recommended by the company that manages the building where I own a condominium unit. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She gave me a same day appointment and told me someone would be over between 11 AM and 1 PM. Manuel arrived on time and did the job quickly and efficiently and left the work area neat and clean. I was pleased with the service I received and felt that the price I paid was fair and reasonable. I plan to use Rooter Connection again for my plumbing needs for my house and my condominium unit and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

First, they were late.
Two they were rude and impolite. Ounce their work was done, they left a disgusting mess in the garage where the work was done.

I had John White do an inspection of the sewer line on our property when it was still in escrow. The couldn't get the camera past a certain point at the time so we knew the root infiltration was pretty bad and it looked like there had not been a rooter taken to it since the house was built in 1968. They estimated the job would run around $1500.
The only reason I give them a and quot;Band quot; on price is because we went over budget and it ended up being $1900 for the job. But I can't fault them too much because it turned out the blockage was severe and they had to bring in heavier gear to clear it - which they did promptly and kept me in the loop every step of the process.
All in all it was a very good experience and I would hire them again. Ideally you don't want your sewer line this neglected and you'll avoid any surprises!

Have used these guys in the past. Have talked to John White personally. But something seems to have changed at this company for the worse. For this year's clean out services ($125), they sent 1 guy to do the clean out. He cold not lift his machine by himself. So....... they sent 2 guys the next day and said the price would be double at $250! I put a call into Jon White and never got a call back. They do not seem to be concerned at all about staying connected to, losing customers or solving small problems..

My plumbing backed up, allowing just a small usage of water. I called a company that advertises a flat fee to clear the drains. The service man check the backup, said I had roots in the pipes and looked for a "clear out" which my 65 year old house doesn't have. He gave me an estimate to nearly $2000 to put in a clear out, clear the lines from the house to the street and run a camera inspection. I asked if something couldn't be done then (now after 6 pm) to open the pipes until that work could be done, and said that I wanted another estimate. I went to Angie's List and looked for a locally owned business in my neighborhood that had good reviews. The woman who answered the phone was courteous, understood my problem of no clear out and suggested the pipes could be opened through the roof vent. She quoted a very reasonable estimate, said the job required 2 men and scheduled them for the next morning. Israel and a helper arrived at 9:15. He explained what he was going to do and the limits of going through the roof vent, patiently answered my questions, brought up the equipment, and snaked the pipes. It took about 1/2 hour. He ensured that water drained in showers and toilets flushed. We discussed the need for the clear out, an approximate cost and he suggested my pipes get cleared regularly which the Rooter Connection sends reminders for. And, because of Angie's List, I got a discount on the bill. When tax season is over and I have breathing room, I will call back regarding the clear out. It is good to take a shower and not feel hosed!

Pleasant, competent, right tools, ok with my vocal dogs. Honored AL coupon with no drama. Cool people, good work. Recommended. Price included emergency call off hour surcharge. Reasonable.

They were prompt, Brian was really nice, went above and beyond to solve logistical problems getting the job done. Best yet, they did it on the exact price they quoted.

They were very honest and gave me an AL discount.

Service call was scheduled promptly (within days), they showed up on time, were clean and courteous, did what they said they would do quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Hard to ask for more. The owner called me back in response to my inquiry about checking out potential problems throughout my condominium building. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. They also give a discount to Angie's list members and will do each additional service for half price so a neighbor had her's done at the same time as mine and we saved money.

These guys do it right with the right equipment. They send me a six month post card to remind me to have it done. I live across the street from the park that has a lot of trees. The roots are are really aggressive and I appreciate their service compared to the alternative.

He was really informative and knowledgable. He also worked within our budget (aka told us about routinely cutting tree roots out of the pipes instead of just replacing the pipes, which is super expensive and the only option other people gave us). His company sends us a postcard every 6 months, like the dentist and cleans our roots. They have even been out on weekends for emergencies. His staff is friendly and knowledgable. We definitely recommend them.
