The guy came out, flipped the back seats forward and got our stuff out. He managed to get the trunk open, but when he closed it, it would not open again.
They charged $195 for the trip. Seems to me like they knew exactly how to access the trunk. They could have told us so we didn't have to request this expensive emergency service. They also gave an estimate to replace the trunk latch. Another $300. No thanks. We will not call them again.
