It went reasonably well. He delivered on the promised repair and service. He even was flexible enough to reinstall the cooktop on a Sunday which was very convenient for us. His conversation indicated a deep knowledge of large appliances. The only downside is that he was continually selling additional work that may not have been necessary but could run the bill up very easily. Although I felt that the cost was higher than I thought it should be, the quality of the service was good and he was one of the few people able to service that particular brand of cooktop. He says that he also restores old stoves.
