JIM NELSON WINDOW CLEANING

Jim arrived on time and walked around the house and confirmed a price and dove in! He was efficient and worked quickly, very pleasant and when he or I had a question, it was answered and my windows were finished in short order. I would have him return in a heartbeat and recommend him without reservation.

Jim was fast and professional, with up front pricing. He brought everything he needed to complete the job and cleaned up when he was done. All rain gutters are now cleared and he power washed the entire house.

Jim did an amazing job for us. He was professional and fair and a very nice guy. He came to my house very soon and did a very good job I would be very happy to recommend him to my friends and family

I originally submitted a negative review. Now I need to correct my evaluation of his work. Mr. Nelson came back to my home and it was discovered that what I thought was inferior was incorrect. Actually the dirt and streaks on my windows is between the two pieces of glass. I will now have to contact the manufacturer of the sliding glass doors. Mr. Nelson was very helpful in determining what the problem was and I would highly recommend him.

He's reliable. He shows up and does his job.

Although Jim has cleaned my windows before and done a very good job, the last time he cleaned them he damaged a piece of art. I understand accidents happen, but he did not call me or leave me a note to tell me (I was at work). Instead, I noticed the day after he cleaned there were paint chips lying on the seat next to the art piece that got knocked over and it had clearly been damaged. When I called Jim and left a message to confirm what had happened, he did not even have the decency to call me back. He did, however, make sure he cashed my check the same day the work was done. Moreover, a few days later I noticed that one of my windows that has window tinting on it has significant scratches in the window tint that I am about 80% certain were not there previously. Even though Jim has done a good job window cleaning, it is inexcusable that he never told me what happened or called me back. As far as I'm concerned that demonstrates a complete lack of trustworthiness, which is essential for someone you let into your home.
