+ -1 moreJim "the framer" delayed the project by 3-4 months then changed his contract bid to over $45,000 more. I had to pay him 5K to go away. I couldn't get back the lost time, lost money on rent and window storage fees. He has a custom release form as well to leave you powerless. DO NOT HIRE!
