It was such a pleasure to deal with the company. I spoke to Jennifer who was very product knowledgable and very friendly. The chairs were completed as promised, the work was impeccable. Everyone I got in contact at the company treated me like their best customer. Lastly, the cost - wow, very reasonable that I can't stop bragging to my family about the great deal I had with Jesses Upholstery.

Our entire experience with Jesse's Upholstery gets an A++. We were extremely happy with every aspect of our transaction. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful every time we were in the shop. When we went in the shop for the first time, we were greeted immediately by the staff. Tony helped us and was fantastic. He was very personable and professional. We told him what we wanted and he was able to provide us with great information which helped in our decision making process. We used Mohair fabric, which requires a knowledgeable person to do the job right. Tony was 100% knowledgeable with Mohair, not too commonly used. He then gave us a price, which was roughly $300-350 for the cushions (we had some other work done too, all excellent work). We were surprised with the quote as we thought it would be higher. So naturally, We were happy with the price.
We just picked everything up the other day and the quality of work is excellent! We are very happy and satisfied with the quality of work received. We were treated well by everyone involved. The price was as quoted, was very timely and the quality exceeded our expectations. We have already brought another piece of furniture to Tony to be refinished and reupholstered in leather. We will refer all of our friends to Tony, at Jessie's Upholstery.

It was a simple job, but they did it adequately. They're reasonable and the work was professionally done.

It was a difficult pattern and they matched with the pattern. I just think that they were very honest. They did a clean job. I have had other upholsters to repair a sofa leg but he didn't really repair the leg because the legs are falling off. The job was done when they said it would be done.
