He was very convienent and showed up early on a Sunday morning. He didn't waste a day of mine because of his punctuality. He was efficient. My garbage disposal was not working out all due to a loose connection. He also took a look in my bathroom because I had been having a problem for so long. He diagnosed the situation and said that we needed to find the leak. He explained it completely which I liked because I like to hear a reason for what the person is doing and why.
