Horrible. Didn't show up several times and didn't call on that day to explain. Said it was an easy job but couldn't even complete it after more than a week and a half.
Description of Work: We contracted with this company to do survey work required by the city for the permit process for our house remodel/addition. He was hard to get a hold of and rarely returned phone calls. He rarely came when he said he would. He never called to say why he couldn't make it. I would call him again and again to find out why he didn't come and try to get him to come finish the job. He promised that the work would be completed by a certain time (he knew that we wanted to do this urgently) but when that didn't happen and I tried to pin him down on another completion date, he couldn't do that and we were forced to hire someone else. A job that he said would take two to three days was never even completed after close to 2 weeks.
