+ -1 morePoor customer service and unprofessional It’s so sad this industry is over saturated with such poor customer service and JD construction is no different. We had a slow leak in our bathroom, found JD construction on Angie’s lists and scheduled a technician to come out immediately. When the two guys got there they asked questions, took measurement and said they’d call back with an estimate of costs. Hours later, no call, I reached out and left a message. No response. Next day I reached out again. Still no response. Meanwhile we are without water in the bathroom. Day 3, (I guess I should have gotten the hint?) I called first thing in the morning and they said they were still working on the quote. I couldn’t believe it was taking 3 days to just let me know how much it was going to cost and when they could fix it. As I write this review 5 days later. I have yet to receive a quote, follow up call or anything. Waste of time and energy. I hope this reviews helps others to not waste their time.
