Juan and J&C Retrofit came to evaluate my house foundation and gave me a very reasonable price. Juan answered every one of my questions and I had a ton of them and always responded very professionally and calmly. The workers were always on time and working very hard, the work was done great and my house is now level and secured. I would highly recommend J&C retrofit for your foundation needs.

J&C did a great job on my retrofit. I hired them to do earthquake bolting and add some additional girders and piers to fix some bouncy floors in my house. Everything was done very professionally for a fair price

I called J & C Retrofit, given that they were listed in the contractors state License Board, and had the necessary certification, provided by the Earthquake Brace & Bolt program, funded by FEMA. Indeed I called a number of companies given EBB recommends at least 3 estimates, and when I called J & C, and asked some questions the contractor, Juan, took the call personally and explained to me the different kinds of retrofits and relative costs, based on condition of foundation, of which I was totally unaware. I was especially impressed by the knowledge, expertise, honesty and patience of the contractor, who unlike other companies I had called who had neglected to explain these different categories, which were then confirmed by another contractor I had previously called. We scheduled an appt, which unlike some other companies, was free and the same contractor I had spoken with, Juan, arrived at scheduled time and spent considerable time under the house and provided us with completely unexpected good news. We bought the house in 2005, and received no paperwork in this regard, and had no idea that one of the previous owners had arranged for this. He also took pictures for our records which we forwarded to our insurance agency. It is within this context that I highly recommended J & P Retrofit
