Video Duplication & Transfer
While Jan's did a fine job of editing and titling my reel, the DVD's they burned didn't function properly in any DVD player but theirs. Played anywhere else, the DVD's snagged, stalled, pixilated and where therefore not usable. Contested the charge with my credit card company, but Jan's refused to budge on their sub-par product. Ended up paying over two hundred dollars for a pile of DVD's that landed in the trash.
