He's a good worker. He gets the work done, and I thought he did a good job. The price was very good.

He initially was very attentive and responsive. He very quickly stopped reading or responding to emails. He under bid the job and got panicky. I think he might have a problem with drugs. I gave him more than half of the money up front and he ran out the money very quickly. He told me that the job was done and demanded more money. It turns out that work hadn?t been completed. He said he would send my photos and leave the keys. He didn?t do either of these things and I had to get the place rekeyed. There were a lot of things that needed to still be done or redone. He threatened to take down the work he had completed if I didn?t pay and would leave me threatening messages. It was a very stressful time and I think he was over his head and was very unprofessional.
