 + -1 moreThey were phenomenal. They didn't charge us because they didn't do enough to charge us which was amazing. They made a house call and they just tightened a few things and they didn't feel like they should charge us. It was a very good experience. What stood out about our experience with them is their willingness to not charge us anything. They were positive and professional.

 + -1 moreGot an initial call from a tenant stating the laundry drain line was backing up. Called J.C. Plumbing and Rooter for a service call. Responded promptly for a clean out. The plumber called back and said the line was disconnected in the wall and charged $425 to run a line about 15 feet to connect to the existing kitchen drain line. Overall the service was very good but I think I could have saved a little money if I had the time to shop around.
Description of Work: Initial call was a laundry drain line backup. Further inspection from the plumber revealed the line needed to be replaced. The vendor called and got permission BEFORE the additional work was done.

Description of Work: I called Julio (J of the JC) on Sunday in the late morning about a clogged kitchen sink in one of the apartments I own. He did not call me back until Sunday evening (which is why I gave him a B rating on Responsiveness, rather than an A) but agreed to come out the next morning. We scheduled a 10am appointment and he was here by 10:05. He is very polite, cleaned up after himself and seemed to know what he was doing. He cleared the drain in the problem kitchen and then asked if the neighboring apartment was having any issues. I told him they were not on the same line but we double checked anyway. They were not having any issues there but were in their bathroom (why oh why don't tenants tell me these things???) so Julio snaked their shower also. In addition he replaced a spray hose in the first kitchen (I had the part, he did the labor). He was here well over an hour, snaked two separate areas and charged me $90. What a deal! I tipped him $10. I will never call another plumber. BTW, I was given his name by a friend who had him replace her hot water heater, which needed extensive replumbing. He said the replumb work was beautiful and was over joyed at the pricing...

 + 0 moreThey clean out the main sewage line when they come out. I like them as they are reasonable and they come out when you have an emergency situation. They try to accommodate you and do a good job too.
