They are very professional and honest company. He gave me different options and told me the price prior to doing anything. HE was true to his prices and would definitely have him coming back again.

They were phenomenal. They didn't charge us because they didn't do enough to charge us which was amazing. They made a house call and they just tightened a few things and they didn't feel like they should charge us. It was a very good experience. What stood out about our experience with them is their willingness to not charge us anything. They were positive and professional.

Got an initial call from a tenant stating the laundry drain line was backing up. Called J.C. Plumbing and Rooter for a service call. Responded promptly for a clean out. The plumber called back and said the line was disconnected in the wall and charged $425 to run a line about 15 feet to connect to the existing kitchen drain line. Overall the service was very good but I think I could have saved a little money if I had the time to shop around.

They clean out the main sewage line when they come out. I like them as they are reasonable and they come out when you have an emergency situation. They try to accommodate you and do a good job too.
