 + 0 moreI selected this company because it is 1.3 miles from my home according to Angie's list. Instead of "Service", I experienced two appointments (Wednesday & Saturday) when the company did not show up to give we an quote. Neither did they call to reschedule. I called them at least 6 time, and on 3 separate occasions they said they would call me back within 10 minutes. Didn't happen. The last time I called was one hour after the missed Saturday morning appointment. The person's response was, "But it's Saturday morning!" My reply was "But YOU suggested the time"! His response: "We'll, how about Sunday morning?" My response was "Forget it". If this is the quality of customer service, I can't imagine what the quality of their work it. Don't waste your time.
