IVORY CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN

The description above describes what the job included.  Ivory C&D did an excellent job.  This was a big job and we lived in the

 house the whole time.  We moved from room to room so the project could keep moving.  They did an outstanding job.  We interviewed 7 bidders before selecting Ivory C&D.  The owner Guy was a great help.  He kept the project on schedule and it was completed on time and within the agreed upon budget.  We had additional work added once we got going but it still was completed on schedule.  The work was excellent.  The quality of the work was outstanding. Guy is honest, hard driving and extremely creative.  We did not hire a designer because Guy was so creative and helpful in recommending ways to work around and solve construction matters in an already existing house.  You cannot do better than Ivory C&F and Guy.

I was so impressed with Guy Sharabi and his team. They were professional, respectful, had great design ideas and if there was any issue with the work (rare) he immediately took care of it, never tried to talk his way out to save a buck. He redid 3 bathrooms from the studs in the house I just bought, in addition to removing a fireplace and other miscellaneous things. I always felt totally taken care of, and can't recommend him highly enough!

We felt there wasn't enough communication about the mold problem. The chemical spray they used was not supposed to be used indoors, but they did use it indoors and it caused a lot of fumes and smells in our home. The person who was supposed to be in charge of the workers was not in our home enough to know how things were going. He would respond if we called and asked him to look at everything, but he would not stay long enough to be involved in the work of the job.

They were very honest and professional.We discussed the price and they did the best they could to stay on budget and accommodated me in every possible way. When i had a question or needed anything,they were there for me. My kitchen looks beautiful and updated like I wanted. I've had a bad experience with a different company, so I was very careful with choosing the contractor, checking their license and insurance. Ivory Construction And Design had all the documents ready. I cannot wait for the next project to begin! Thank you so much Ivory Construction And Design for turning my nightmare into a dream!
