From the start they have been very professional. They met with us to discuss the management agreeement, and thoroughly disclosed terms of the contract . We are looking forward to working with them.

I am on the HOA Board and we are thrilled with the top quality property management services that Ironstone has provided for the past 9 months. They are extremely responsive, reliable, smart and dedicated to maintaining our property in good condition. Ironstone staff have suggestions for contractors we can consider hiring for repairs - but never force their recommendations on us. They have their own internal staff who do light repairs for our complex (we have 14 units) and they are hardworking and responsible. Ironstone staff regularly monitor our property jointly with the HOA board to create a prioritized list of maintenance projects. When we needed some painting done recently, Ironstone quickly got three bids from vendors, shared the bids with us, and let the HOA board choose which one to go with. Ironstone monitored the quality of paint work done and also asked the HOA board if we were satisfied. I can not recommend Ironstone highly enough.

They are wonderful. The price depends on the size of the property. I like everything about them. I like their professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness. They are available 24/7 which is important for a management company. I can't say enough good things about them. They are still my management company after a year.

We have had this management company for 4 months and they are nothing short of fantastic. We have some major problems at the building and they are very quick to respond and handle all situations with professionalism and with a true sense of doing what is best for the building and owners. They are available 24/7 and ALWAYS pleasant. The service people they hire have been top notch as well. They come out monthly to walk the building to make sure everything is in working order and keep the HOA board informed at all times. There is not one negative thing I can say about Ironstone and the people that work there. All I can say is THANK YOU Dan, Dean, and Paul - we would be drowning without you!!!
