Founf this provider on Yelp. Changed battery on IPod in 3 minutes. Very competent and has all the correct tools including heat source source to remove old battery. Very confident in performance of this job. Least expensive of three places I called. Has home workshop and good location. I felt good utilizing a small independent business and recommend him highly for all home device issues.

My 3rd Generation iPod had died - wouldn't charge or go on. Joe knew just what to do and had it up and working the same afternoon. He was very helpful in directing me to software to back up songs, etc. He is top notch.

My iPod stopped working after I dropped it, it's a 20 gig white iPod with the scroll wheel (but not the 4 button model). It would boot up, but a folder icon would appear with an exclamation mark and the Apple support web site displayed. I phoned him and he said he was in the office and to come by. He repaired my iPod and replaced the battery within 2 minutes of walking into his office. He only charged me for the battery and simply asked that I recommend him to others. I left stunned, delighted and with revived hope in humanity!
