Claudia is an extremely hard worker and ultimate professional. She did both jobs for me. I should have had her do the installation on the laminate floor, but I didn't realize until later that her price was lower than my unlicensed contractor that I was using at the time. Now on, I'm using her for both sourcing of the hardwood material and the labor for installation. Her prices are the lowest I've seen and I was bargain hunting. She carries several brands and I liked Eternity laminate. I was more particular about my house and I wanted to repair and restore the pencil slat original red oak floor. While she didn't have it in stock herself, she sourced it for me and did the installation. She's always fairly transparent about her pricing and will give discounts for larger orders or jobs. She calculates it with just a little more so you don't run out, but you also don't over-order. It was great service! Her showroom / warehouse is near the LA river in the eastern part of Downtown LA. It's industrial, but that means free parking and you're not paying for the business' expensive pad in West Hollywood. If you really want to save, go here and check it out. Some of her customers have included club / bar owners that need thousands of square feet of hardwood floors and they need it to be durable. Like I said at the beginning, Claudia is extremely hard working. She is running this business by herself as a minority woman. She goes out and does some installations herself. She even is taking care of her ex's mother! I've never seen a woman so self-reliant and capable. She's also very honest in that she knows that can't roll credit card fees into her prices (by law) and was looking for other ways to better service for her customers. I told her about Square.com and now she can take credit cards on the road when she comes to your house.
