The quality of the materials, the quality of the work, and the personality of Israel were all outstanding! The system is working as it did when it was installed maybe 30 years ago. For the past 20 years the watering has been spotty at best and I have had to hand water spots and the lawn still looked terrible! Replacing sprinkler heads did not seem to help. There is now pressure that I never knew I had!

Excellent in all ways except the price for what I consider minor repairs to my irrigation system was quite high.

Israel was super prompt to respond to requests, came out same day to take a look at, and talked me through the options, gave a fair estimate (unlike others who quoted a variety of things that could be upgraded and were 10 times the estimated repair that Immaculate Landscape quoted), and when I booked with him he came out a day after and made the repair. It was a painless, quick experience and I really appreciated that since it's often such a dread to even go through the process of getting something fixed.

Even though the job required more work than originally quoted, Israel gave me a reasonable adjustment to the price. The main pipe feeding the sprinkler manifold was originally located poorly, which required Israel to totally redo the whole assembly. Even with these difficulties, Israel finished the job and everything worked fine.

Israel communicated clearly what needed to be done and went above and beyond that original quote to solve our problem. Excellent service.
