This is the BEST experience with a plumbing drain specialist have ever had. It is family owned and operated by two brothers (Patrick and Kenny) who took over their father's business. Kenny, showed up a few minutes early and immediately told me that the job wouldn't require the more expensive snaking that we thought and that he could save us money by trying the smaller snake first. How often does that happen?! During the 45 minutes he was here, I noticed how careful he was around everything, making sure he didn't make a mess - even cleaning as he went. I have also never had a plumber come out for under $75 for anything so was prepared to get a bill for at least $90 but he only charged $55.00 and then took off $10 (total bill was only $45) because I refused to let him clean up the water that drained out of a pipe that popped off when he first tried to snake directly from the old basement sink (he snaked from the trap on side of house after this). I know that the pipe popping off was the result of a handyman who had previously installed the pipes improperly, yet, Kenny fixed it as if it was his fault. I don't think I have ever met a more decent, honest worker in my life and people like this should be rewarded, as they are too rare.
