I couldn't be happier with the work product and for me just as importantly was his work ethic and attitude. He truly seems
to enjoy himself which makes for a better experience all the way around. His attention to detail - things that I might not even know to notice - is exemplary. And, two things that I really appreciate: (1) He cleans up after himself. Sweeping, vacuuming, etc. It's so I don't know he was there. (2) He remembers all the things I tell him to do. I normally would provide a list, but with Homer I just show him the things I need done and he does them without being told twice.
I've had plenty of other workers/contractors in the past. I only wish I'd have known Homer before I hired those other guys. He just makes it a pleasant experience.
