Home Front Inspect - Home Inspections

We had such a pleasant experience with the home inspectors that came the day of our home inspection in Los Angeles. There were 3 inspectors total and all of them made my clients feel extremely comfortable from the moment they arrived. This is a luxury property and my clients expect only the best! no exceptions. The 3 inspectors showed up on time, clean and with the right tools for such a large property inspection. All inspectors introduced them selves and explained what we should expect within the next couple hours and got right to work. Stan & John got to work on the home inspection side while frank performed the plumbing inspection. Once the inspection was completed inspector Stanley I believe it was calmly sat us all down and went through the entire findings by category: foundation, roof, electrical etc...the inspector was exceedingly sharp and detailed but more importantly the way he elaborated the findings to my clients without scaring them, on the other hand educating my clients and my self. I've truly never had an inspector explain repairs so perfectly if there is such a thing. Lastly was Frank who found some minor root intrusion. We received the report later that night which was super convenient due to a 10 day escrow. In total I was able to negotiate repairs and credits for my clients which saved them thousands. Do NOT use their service. Incompetent, didn't do the job right, unreliable, overcharged, underperformed, unprofessional and rude!
When I was searching for a home inspector, there were several options available at a half-price Home Front Inspect asked. After checking their website, doing my research and looking at their good reviews on Yelp, I decided to pay double, but get the good service. AS it turned out, that was a wrong decision! The actual inspection WAS NOT anything like their pictures on the website!!! 
At the time of inspection and in the report they missed huge visible patches of mold. When it was brought up to their attention, they simply refused to even look or hear the problem. I do NOT recommend them. Stay AWAY!
