The price was reasonable and the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. However, we ordered the carpet in July and they told us it would take about two weeks to get it and have it installed. After a month we began calling them and were informed they still had not received the carpet. After another week they called us to schedule installation. The installation process was quick and the installers professional. I just think a call to inform us we were going to have to wait a month for the carpet would have been nice.

They did good. If I ever need carpet in the future I would use them. We have been very, very pleased with our purchase, especially the padding which is really soft. I really like the quality of the product.
