Aldo & his crew were meticulous. Their attention to detail & thoroughness were outstanding. They were also extremely pleasant to deal with & to have in the house. They're scheduled to return to clean my gutters.

We have been using Holt Maintenance since before Aldo took over the business and he has kept up the high level of very detailed cleaning - i.e. grout, behind all appliances, tops of door sills, etc.  He came back a second time to clean out a room which had been lived in with a cat and they vacuumed every bit of it and the things that needed to go back in it.  Aldo's crew was quiet, efficient and as mentioned, quite meticulous.  He sealed the stone floor which now glistens and we will have him back to do the windows and screens.

The previous renters left the carpet so dirty I thought it would need to be replaced.  After Aldo came, they were like new and I was relieved that I did not have to get new carpet.  The price was very reasonable, and the technician was very honest and professional.

I have used Holt Maintenance many times in the past to shampoo carpets and refinish hardwood floors in my home. This time I sent him to my son's new townhouse. As usual, he arrived on time and did a beautiful job. The carpets were clean and soft with no shampoo residue. I highly recommend them.

David's team arrived on time, was very courteous and did a great job cleaning my very dirty carpets. I feel like I got what I paid for and would definitely use this company again. One additional reason I decided to use this company is because David explained how he goes out of his way to use non-toxic cleaning solutions that won't leave residue or any stickyness like some other carpet cleaners can. That is important to me as I have small children and pets that spend a significant amount of time in contact with the carpet. I highly recommend Holt Enterprises.

The process was smooth. He was quick with an estimate, that was fair. The stripping required an extra day of work. The floors turned out better than anticipated. There was a lot of effort put in to perfecting the outcome. The space was left very clean.

We were about to move into our new home, and didn't have the time (or the inclination) to thoroughly clean the floors and windows. I found David on Angie's List, and decided to have him give me an estimate. He came at the agreed time, was very pleasant, and looked at the work required. He spot tested a couple of areas, and gave advice on the type of products I should use to clean my slate floors. I did think the price was quite high, but I could tell he was going to be very thorough and that he really takes pride in his work, and enjoys it. We arranged for him to come back in a couple of days and do the work, which he thought would take 1-2 days. At the same time, I was having the house painted. As often happens, this took a day longer than anticipated, so David and the painters had to work around each other. It wasn't a problem.I was not disappointed with the results. David cleaned all the railings in the windows, including all the ranch sliders. He cleaned the windows perfectly and left no streaks. He showed me that using steel wool is good for removing some marks from windows and leaves no marks. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend David for any cleaning jobs.

Holt Maintenance Co. did a wonderful job. They were fast. Their prices were very reasonable. They used quality products. And they were very professional and on time. I will use them again.

He did a really good job and takes his time. He is very thorough and a great guy. He is a very thoughtful human being and he is a rare throwback. He is a very interesting person as well.

We met with Kevin to discuss what areas he would clean. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We finally found our house very clean when we moved in. I would highly recommend this company!

Mr. Holt was professional, courteous, and responsive. He was also very detailed in his work. He does what he says and says what he does...you wont be disappointed.

It was a good price considering the difficulty of the job, and I was happy with the result.

I contacted two companies to give me estimates. Now, remember that this is my first experience of home ownership so I am completely at sea in terms of assessing the degree of dilapidation in floors, etc. The first company gave me a quote of $250-300 over the phone, without seeing the floor, "and if it needs more work, it will cost more--I trust that you're giving me a correct assessment of what needs to be done." Dave came over the next day, arrived spot on time, and spent a good deal of time looking at the complete floor (the apartment is about 740 sq. ft.), testing various areas, and even told me how I could clean and finish the kitchen flooring myself if I needed to save money. He also called another contractor who does more complete refinishing to get an estimate of what that would cost instead (answer: too much for me at this time!). His estimate was higher than I had hoped to pay, but he explained thoroughly why it was what it was, and he also threw in the kitchen floor for a nominal fee. I felt that he knew what he was talking about, and more importantly, I knew what he was talking about, so I hired him. The day before we had set for the work to be done, he called to confirm. On the day itself, he and his son arrived, again spot on time, and got to work. The work was done quickly and thoroughly and exactly to estimate. The floors in this place are never going to look shiny-perfect-new, but I feel he got them as good as they can get, and more to the point, they are completely clean and sealed, so they will stand up until I can afford to re-floor. I especially appreciated the time Dave took to explain what he was going to do and why it was necessary, and also that he was willing to pass the job on to someone else if it was beyond his capacity. I'd definitely hire him again.

David arrived with his son and a third man. They were so courteous and made several suggestions as to maintaing the beauty and longevity of my floors and carpet. They impressed me as being very kind people.

The experience was good. We weren't a hundred percent up on some of the terminology. They delivered what they said they would and their price was lower than others. What we thought was going to be stripping of the old wood, wasn't.They did a good job and they did what they said they were going to do. We didn't understand the subtleties of various things they could do. They are very professional. We had tents in the house at the time and they were very considerate. It wasn't exactly what we were looking for. The price was fine. They really seemed to care about what they were doing.

David was very thorough and definitely knew his stuff. He explained everything and did a great job. I would recommend him.

It's beautiful and it was painless. He worked so hard and I've never been so happy. He was perfect and he was so very polite! I'll call him again, that's for sure.
