+ -1 moreI GAVE THEM EXACTLY WHAT INFORMATION THEY NEEDED LIKE THE SERIAL NUMBER FOR MY HARD DRIVE SO THEY SAID I COULD DROP OFF MY COMPUTER. WITHIN TWO OR THREE DAYS I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T FIND THE PART I NEEDED. A FEW DAYS AFTER THAT I PICKED UP MY COMPUTER WHICH HAD ALL THE WIRES HANGING OUT AND WAS NOT FIXED.
Description of Work: I DIDN'T PAY FOR THE SERVICES. I NEEDED A NEW POWER SUPPLY FOR MY HARD DRIVE.
