I have used them before as well and I am a big fan of theirs.  They are doing some work for me right now but I had them a month ago as well.  He is very good. He had to do some special work in the wicker place which needed some aluminum wiring and he knows how to handle it because you need to have special connectors and things to deal with copper aluminum wiring. He is someone I know and I know he would always do it by the book and it would be to code. If it's electrical stuff especially with a particular unit which needs watering and it could be dangerous if it's not done properly. He knows his stuff and I like him. If it's something I need done then it's he who I can trust. His price is probably average. He is Ball Park with everybody else. I don't take him because he has the best price in the world but the quality of his work.  He is not someone who you can avoid for the price. I can't say he is the cheapest in the world but he charges what it costs.

They were very professional and personable. They are familiar with working on older buildings. They were able to work with old wiring and fittings. The job was done in a timely manner. Their pricing is fair and competitive.

Richard has been doing work on this building for about 4 years and has maybe had a dozen or so engagements, either working for me directly or as a sub to one of my general contractors. Richard is very affable and easy to work with. He has a particular expertise in understanding the wiring practices of very old structures which helps trouble-shooting immensely, and is very diligent about confronting me with the need for "best practice" installations and (the constantly changing) code requirements.
