As my wife Jessica and I were combing through real estate agents, I thoroughly questioned every agent we met with (either over the phone or in person); I found reasons to dislike almost everyone. When Jessica asked me to meet with Margaret Cashion in person, my intention was be just as relentless in my examination.
Before our intro mtg, I recall telling my wife and quot;we're only going to spend 30-45 mins here, maybe an hour tops!and quot; That meeting lasted over 3.5 hours! Margaret patiently and diligently responded to our questions, walked us through the process in detail, and showed great care for our needs.
Over the next few months, we spent a lot of time with Margaret looking for our ideal home. The three best descriptors of Margaret are a) strategic; b) detailed-oriented; and c) responsive. Margaret's approach to dealing with clients is highly strategic - she's not myopic in trying to simply sell a house; Margaret wants to make sure to point out reasons why you might NOT like a home or provide her opinion on why a home is not a suitable fit for you. Additionally, Margaret is amazingly organized and responsive which are two very important elements as one goes through the stressful process of writing offers, negotiating, and closing on a home.
We are really glad we found Margaret on yelp and cannot give a higher recommendation for her services!

We can't recommend Margaret Cashion enough! My wife was 6 months pregnant and we had been looking for over a year when we decided to switch agents and work with Margaret. We told her our range and what we were looking for and that ideally we would like to be in the house before our baby was born. A tall order for sure. Well, long story short she got us a perfect house that suits our needs in the neighborhood that we wanted and for a price much less than our limit. We got the keys 6 weeks before the baby was due! Margaret will be your advocate in a transaction. It seems that in this climate every real estate transaction is tricky and Margaret has the experience and savvy to negotiate on your behalf. She'll really go up to bat for you. Thanks Margaret, we love our house and thank you for making its purchase a positive experience!

Margaret Cashion of Prudential was the realtor who helped me buy my house. She was my fourth realtor if you can believe it. It was like the story of the three bears, the first realtor kept showing me houses that were too expensive for me, in areas I didn’t want to live, the second one showed me places that were cheap but were real dumps, the third one never showed me anything. Margaret asked me to describe what I was looking for and very quickly she brought me to the perfect house. I didn’t know it was the perfect house but she helped me see beyond the surface and she also helped me to not be afraid of the repairs. The house needed to have the chimney removed and it needed to be rewired. The house was over a hundred years old but really solid. Margaret helped with inspections and worked with the seller and they deducted the cost of the work that needed to be done. She was amazing, really polite but tenacious. I can’t recommend her enough. Every day I marvel that I have this beautiful house that suits me perfectly.
