They were extremely polite and never condesending when I asked questions that might be simple to others. They gave estimates for the work and were very thorough in their explanations. Each time they did work, they called to explain the costs and the repairs. They took care of my small orders, when their business is usually handling much bigger jobs and made me feel as if my job were important. I will definitely use them again and do not hesitate to recommend them.

IT'S BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE. MY COMPUTER IS STILL RUNNING. THEY WERE UP FRONT. THEY SAID WELL, IF THEY WEREN'T SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, THE PRICE COULD GO UP. THEY DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME A BILL OF GOODS. THEY WEREN'T SURE WHAT IT WAS OR WHAT IT WOULD COST. THE PRICE MIGHT GO UP, OR IT COULD JUST REMAIN THE SAME. THEY WERE JUST UP FRONT. IT WASN'T A HARD SELL. IT'S BEEN ABOUT A YEAR, AND THE COMPUTER IS FINE. THE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT. MY COMPUTER IS STILL FUNCTIONING.
