Amazing customer service! The gentleman who arrived wore proper PPE, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me understand why we were having the issues and how to avoid having it again in the near future. Prompt services, professional with a “get it done attitude”. Luis was on time and very professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and what need to be done to resolve it. He got to work immediately and was in and out quickly which was needed being he worked on our business bathroom. If any other plumbing issue were to spring up I will not hesitate to call Hernandez plumbing.
