 + -1 morei met brandon by accident when looking for a new place to rent. i ended up beginnning my search for a home and now pay less a month then i did in rent. brandon and i spent almost a year trying to find a house and we finally did find an amazing one, i love it! brandon couldn't have been more informative, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. it really was such wonderful luck that i met him that day. brandon listened to me, and used what i told him to find a home that would fit, that i could afford. i never thought it was realistic that i could own a home in los angeles, but brandon made it a reality for me. i am so thankful.
Description of Work: brandon showed me a ton of houses and was so very patient with me. when i finally did find a house that i wanted to purchase, he was by my side through the entire proccess. i ended up getting a house for an amazing price, less then we first offered. brandon was really on top of everything and helped me make the right choices.
