They did a nice job on installation and the floors look nice now that it's done, but I could never recommend them.  Things were fine for the estimate, but went downhill from there.  There was a problem with ordering the hardwood flooring I wanted (not their problem), but when I was asking the owner David questions about it he actually yelled at me because I didn't understand what he was saying at one point.  I found that completely unacceptable, but at that point (getting close to the install) date, I didn't want to switch companies (and they already had half down) since I wanted the floors installed before I moved into the condo.  So I end up ordering different floors.  Prime was not willing accept delivery of the flooring from the manufacturer even though the only day they could deliver was not convenient for me.  When the manufacturer arrived with the flooring, they told me that they could not take the flooring into the condo.  They said they either had to leave it on the sidewalk, in the garage, or take it back.  Since there was no other option, I told them to put it in the garage.  This meant I had to take the flooring up to my third floor condo myself.  David, the owner, called later and said that he would have come to help me, but he was at his kid's Halloween party.  So I had to spend over an hour hauling (on a dolly I had in my car) 11 huge boxes of wood up to the condo.  Then install day arrives.  We go over all of the instructions with the installers, which included removing some giant closet doors (and disposing of them per the contract).  Everything was fine the first day, but on the second day, when they said they were done, much to our surprise, they had reinstalled the closet doors they were supposed to dispose of.  The installers argued about it.  When David came by, he fought about it and said that disposing of the closet doors wasn't part of the deal.  Then he called back to the office and found out it was of course written in the contract.  They took the closet doors down, and the one installer started trying to fill the holes in the floor where they had installed the closet track.  We said that that was obviously unacceptable and they had to replace the floor boards they ruined by installing the closet track.  They did it and everything looked nice when it was done.  While the floors look nice, I am positive that you can find a company that can do an equally nice, if not better job, with much better customer service, much less of a hassle, and at a lower price.

I called the company and got an appt to have a guy come by the next day to give an estimate. However, he was 45 mins late and was dressed very sloppily. What was worse was that he was the owner!! This gave me the strong impression that he didn't care about his company and didn't want my business.
