I called Hardwood Experts for a free in-home consultation. Not only were they on time, they brought me a variety of samples. What I liked most was that I did not feel rushed when looking at the samples. I was able to ask many questions regarding the difference between the floors and the gentleman who came to my house was very informative and patient. My husband and I were quite impressed with the consultation we received!
Having received three estimates from other companies, I can say that Hardwood Experts was not only the most informative and brought the most samples, they priced the job lower than everyone else.
The installers also arrived on time and did a great job. They worked around the clock and were very friendly and cordial. As I mentioned before, they removed my old carpet and hauled it away. After they finished installing, they moved our furniture back to its place and they even cleaned up afterwards!
My home has a brand new look now! Everyone who has seen our floors comments on how beautiful and elegant the floors look. Needless to say, I am beyond happy that I made this investment and I am even more happy that I used a reliable company to do the work. I definitely recommend Hardwood Experts to anyone who needs flooring.
