If you are in a situation where you have been sick and/or busy and/or overwhelmed and you need to move (and you haven’t replaced your broken vacuume because you didn’t want one more thing in your house while packing) do NOT call this company. Friends encouraged me to call movers rather than trying to do it myself when I am just barely back on my feet. Friends said movers will just do it with no judgment. ... Not so! These guys treated me, my things, the property I was moving to, and the property I was moving from with rudeness and disrespect. They banged thing into and dented walls. They scuffed stairs, and was later told it was because they did not like the state of my place. I watched one of them pull apart table legs which should not have been disassembled (because they were glued as well as screwed). They did not have the same stability after being pulled apart. The mover insisted a screw was missing and that that was the issue.... um, It wasn’t wobbly like that this morning or after you took the table top off but before you tore the legs apart. He also yelled at me about this and tried to bully me into his position. When I asked the lead guy why I was getting so much attitude and disrespect, he said because my place was so dirty and because I was accusing them of breaking things.... um... yeah, I watched you bang a bead frame against a wall and take a chunk out of ithe wall, and watched the above table issue. Who knows what else I’ll find as I unpack and inspect more closely. Additionally, dear grumpy movers, if cancer+car accident+ couldn’t-have-cleaning-help-bc-of-pandemic-but-I-have-to-move is too much for you (which is understandable) there are many alternatives to taking my money, breaking my things, and being rude disrespectful jerks.
