Mr. Sung was able to start quickly, about 3 days after we received his estimate. He gave us a lot of helpful advice about what to do concerning trees and brush around the house/foundation and what else we could do to prevent potential problems with termites and insects. He was very thorough spraying under the houses in the crawlspace which seemed to be very precarious to access. We haven't had any ants since then although they had infested the yards and houses before treatment. The fumigation crew was also punctual, polite and quick. They called me before they came over thirty minutes beforehand so I could let them in each time they needed access. That worked out well since the other house is rented. I didn't have to hand out the key for our renter's house. Overall it was a very positive experience and I felt my money was well spent. With many years experience working in the L.A. area himself, Mr. Sung underbid another termite company that's been around for years by $1500.

ON MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE ON THE HAN KOOK TERMITE CO. WAS VERY WELL DONE. THEY ARRIVED JUST IN TIME TO START THEIR WORK. THEY DID A NEAT JOB, BUT I BELIEVE THAT THEY TOOK TOO LONG IN ORDER TO FINISH THEIR WORK, BUT THEY DID A CLEAN JOB AND IT ACTUALLY WORKED.

THE GUY WAS ON TIME AND HE KNEW HIS MATERIAL VERY WELL. HE KNEW HOW TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION CLEARLY.
