I recently called on Sydney to complete a long list of punch-list tasks at a rental property I own and would highly recommend her for any “honey do” items you may have! Sydney is professional, punctual, responsible, detail-oriented, well-equipped to tackle any task on my list, a problem-solver, and very fair in her pricing. As a bonus, she is also very patient and very friendly. It was a delight working with her. I was so impressed with the work she did at the rental property, I hired her to tackle several items at a second property. Can’t recommend her enough – Sydney is terrific!
