+ -1 moreRon met with us twice and was very helpful in those meetings. He then said he would provide us with a quote, and then he never did. We followed up three times via email and phone. It's now three weeks after he said he would send the proposal and he has still not responded to us. This wasted our time and energy and was not very professional.
