I had a broken pipe in an upstairs bathroom that was leaking down to my living room.  Luckily, I caught it before it became a huge problem - turned off the water in my house and caught almost all the water before it came through the ceiling into my living room (and onto a sofa).  Luckier still, I found a great plumber who listened carefully and found the leaking pipe - behind a wall! - with just one small cut into the drywall.  
Ozzy is a great plumber.  In addition, I got the sense the whole company was very customer friendly and reasonable.  The staff who answer the phone (Martha and others) are very responsive, even offering to call me when the plumber was about 15 mins from my house.  
This is an excellent company.  I've recommended them to two other friends already...and I'm recommending them to you!  I'll definitely call them whenever I need a plumber!

My water heater started leaking the other day & started to form a pool in my garage. I called HN Harris Plumbing & Ozzy came out the next morning & repaired the water line leading into the tank.  Problem fixed.  He told me that there was nothing wrong with the water heater itself.  He said it was getting old but still in adequate shape.
What truly impressed me about Ozzy was that with a couple of other over-the-phone estimates I got, I was told that since the water heater was older than the normal life expectancy, I would have to go ahead and get it replaced.  We're talking over $1000 to start.  Ozzy was not only skilled, he was HONEST.  He so easily could have told me that the water heater needed to be replaced, and I would have done it.  Instead, the job cost less than $90.  I really appreciate Ozzy's knowledge, skill, and most of all, integrity.  Thanks, Ozzy and HN Harris Plumbing!

The quality of work done was amazing.  They started out quickly.  They Installed a new stainless steal sink and faucet fixture that work perfectly .  Also adding a new item to my kitchen, a Bosh dishwasher.  Harris re-tiled my kitchen counter tops which came out beautifully.  My kitchen has never looked better.  They worked none stop, were polite, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing.  I would defiantly use them again.  I was completely satisfied and amazed at how fast they finished.

They are personable. They respond quickly when you need them urgently.

Started out as a task to just do routine cleaning of all outside drains and quickly became clear we had extensive root blockage, no drainage. They accurately diagnosed problem and ended up replacing the entire outside drainage system and uncovered several leaks under the house in the process that they also fixed. Also required breaking of concrete decking and work around the pool area which they did and replaced concrete decking. All work occurred over two to three week period, but they were always reliable and worked hard each day.
