GT International is great. This is the only place I took my BMW when I lived in the nieghborhood. The shop specializes in BMW. They are honest and truly care for your car. I never felt they took advantage of me.

Everything went fine.

It is an independent BMW repair place. Their prices are fair. I've been with them for many years. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable. They are less expensive than the dealer and just as comparable; maybe more so.

Courteous on the telephone, good business hours. Through explanations of general/routine service needs was offered. Drop off car type of repair shop, no formal waiting room, I was directed to the cafe across the street which was pretty good. Would use again.

the glove box latch was expensive - $150 - NOT their fault. John and Nick worked with me to trouble shoot the alarm system and determine the most likely culprit (OBD showed 4 different sensor switches had sent alarm messages; they picked the one that had tripped the most often, and was also the cheapest to repair - and the problem has not re-occurred to date). work was done well, in short order, and with an eye to saving me money. Good, knowledgeable folks.

I went to these guys because one night after they were closed, one of their late crew offered through the fence to allow me to roll my car into the yard to change the tire I was fixing on the side of Santa Monica blvd service road outside their yard. I declined but later he allowed me to degrease hand wash in their garage when I was done, . Swore i'd give them a shot at next job needed , did so, and am quite pleased. They are nice guys, and the front woman is very engaged in your aervice as well. They called before committing to all four brake pads and rotors... Very pleased. Tmo

The mechanic there is reliable and whenever I take my car there with a problem, he looks at it and gives good suggestions. He doesn’t push for services that are not necessary. He only works on BMW cars and he is open from Monday to Thursday and his shop is closed on Fridays as he is usually involved in racing. He loves cars and knows well about them. His pricing is fair as it is a lot cheaper than me going to a dealer.

Excellent, friendly and punctual service. John is a pleasure to speak with and he is extremely knowedgable about BMWs. He checked in with me to get my consent prior to performing any additional services on the car.

The specialize in BMWs. They are much better than the dealer in terms price, quality of work, and know-how. John Norris actually races BMWs, so he knows all of the ins and outs, and has a lot of expertise. I am very happy with them; they are very excellent and always gave me the straight story.

I was pleased w/their knowledge, their service and the work that they did. For the value and service they provide, their price was very good. I would use them again.

Excellent and fast.

Called in for an appointment and booked a week out for an oil change and to replace the control arm bushings. Received a reminder call the day before (and offered to drop me home), and actually, I requested additional service to look at faulty door locks - no problem. When I came in for appt., John asked why I requested the control arm bushing replacement, and after explaining why (recommended by another trusted mechanic, and due to slight shake and brake), he asked if I wouldn't mind having my wheel balance checked. I also changed my mind and deferred the faulty door locks. When the car was done, he stated that the bushings were fine, and that the balance was just way off. He also checked the on-board computer error codes, and my door locks were subsequently fixed - no charge! Very friendly and honest service! I was totally impressed, and not surprised to hear that they are staffed by hard-core BMW enthusiasts (race care drivers who really know their stuff!).
