Unfortunately his estimate was much less than what he actually charged. I paid him what he requested, but I did not like this unethical practice. If you decide to use him tell him that you are aware of this tactic. Let him know that you will not pay more than the estimate after the work is completed. His work quality is very good.

He was on time and did a great job at what I paid him to do. Was very professional and polite. And his prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely hire him for any future projects I might need for the house.I highly recommend him for anyone who needs work done.

Don't hire Gregory Cater . I hired(11/6/18) Greg to fix a list of items at my rental property. He assured me he could do the work. Ten days later, many of the jobs are unfinished and incomplete. He quoted me 2,800.00 initially but wrote up $600.00 additional cost on the contract(RED FLAG). I paid him labor cost only. I agreed to buy all materials for the projects. All materials, parts, products used & unused would be left at the house because I purchased them. The extra house key was to be left also. When I went by the rental on 11/16/18, the key was missing and all my purchased materials. I called Greg immediately, he was unprofessional, and told me "I don't care". He is a thief, liar and con man. I'm sure he will use the materials I purchased at his next job. Greg you kept my house key but getting locks changed tomorrow. SEE YOU IN COURT WITH CONTRACT, PHOTOS ,TEXT & RECEIPTS. I will sue you additionally for all the unfinished jobs that other contractors will have to do. Thelma Allen-Pink
