Green Planet Restoration

We cannot say enough good things about Green Planet Restoration. We came home to find that our water filter which sits on the counter leaked and destroyed most of our kitchen. We heard about Green Planet Restoration LA from a friend, so we quickly gave them a call. They came within 30 minutes and started the work immediately! Unfortunately, since the water spilled everywhere, most of our kitchen had to be demoed. Although this process has been stressful, Dan, our project manager, put us at ease with his knowledge and remarkable ability to act quickly and professionally. Dan was here every day to ensure that the kitchen was drying properly. If we had questions, he was a phone call away. I would also like to mention that we didn’t lift a finger. Our items were packed by Eric and his team, and once the work was done, it was brought back to our home in perfect condition. This is the company you want on your side when there is a crisis.

This review is for Genner in the water mitigation department and Dekel in the construction department. They both went above and beyond for me. There was a leak in my bathroom from the sink. First, Genner came in and demoed the bathroom, so he could dry out the area. He was at my house on a daily basis checking to make sure that the walls and flooring were drying out properly. Then once his part was completed, Dekel from the reconstruction department came in and gave me a free estimate. We were going through insurance, and he explained that they would not charge us, and instead look to the insurance to cover the costs. I never paid anything out of pocket for either services. I appreciated working with Green Planet Restoration so much that I have been speaking to Dekel to redo my kitchen and living room! This company is one of the good ones that you can trust!

It was a very good service and they took care of everything. All of my belongings returned properly. They did a good job.

The staff kept me updated with pictures of the progress from start to finish, and made me feel comfortable with the work being done even though I was out of state. I have nothing but gratitude for this company's work ethic, communication, and professionalism. They really make going through a terrible home water damage experience much easier.

They completely redid my kitchen after a pipe burst under my kitchen sink. They worked quickly to fix the leak and then worked with me to reconstruct it as well. I did choose to upgrade a few things, but it was well worth it!
