Bad, bad, and now worse.
With the fabric we selected there was a slight wait. The bid started verbally at $900.00, then went to $1,200.00 in a phone call a week later. Reluctantly I agreed. I was told to provide a 50% deposit and did so. On the 4th week, the other 50% was charged to the same card even though I was told that second payment would be charged on pick-up. When I called, our work hadn't been started and they expected it in another 3 weeks. It took actually 4 weeks to complete. When I arrived to view, it was wrapped in plastic. I was discouraged to unwrap it as "it could get dirty in moving it into our car". I unwrapped it anyway and found both cushions 2 inches larger than the base of both the chair and ottoman. The response was "oh, that's the style these days...." Not in my book. We sent them back for refitting to the correct original size. Another 3-4 weeks passed by. When we picked them up more creases appeared in the new fabric (strangely the original fabric wasn't creased like this and they were the same thickness). Now after a good year or so of use, we likely will have to have it redone. The cushions are sagging and its clear it was quick job. A $1,200 job likely resulted in an $800. 00 profit for them.
Don't use this company. Not honest, not good work, and not reliable.
