Grace Gaerlan

We called Grace a year ago in anticipation of looking for a new larger house. We also wanted tips for anything that should be fixed up before listing our old house. She was very helpful with suggestions and got us started going to open houses. She is particularly knowledgeable about the Northeast LA area. She was always available to answer questions, but she was not pushy and seemed to know just how much hand holding we needed. When we did start looking seriously, we fell in love with a fixer somewhat out of our price range. She was excellent at helping us negotiate a deal we could afford, and she was very knowledgeable about which inspections we should have done. It was a bit of a tricky deal, but because of Grace it went very smoothly. Then it was time to list our old house. She had beautiful pictures taken, and she did an excellent marketing job with lots of online exposure and plenty of open houses. We had quite a few offers to choose from. Having the team at Coldwell Banker there to help us review everything and make counter offers was invaluable. The sale of our old house went just as smoothly as buying the new one. I'd definitely recommend using Grace for your next real estate deal.
