GOOD NEIGHBOR FENCING

From the start, the service was excellent, Karen and Alan were fantastic, she came out and did an accurate measurement. She then provided the actual materials and process of how the fence would be put up and secured. The cost was excellent, the quality is second to none, and the team that came out to put up the fence was incredible. The foreman was very client-centric, asked us prior how we envisioned and if we had any questions, during the install we had questions and he answered all of them in detail. the company is awesome!! reccommending them to our whole street of neighbors. Price and quality are number 1 for them!

I called Good Neighbor to see if they could fix a bad contractor's metal work on my gate.  After describing my problem, Alan Kelly asked that I email pictures so he could assess the problem.  He called me back immediately, diagnosed the problem, and advised me to hire a handyman with metal working skills since the problem was actually easier than I predicted, which would be a more practical and cost effective option.
Sounds like a small thing, but there are many contractors out there who wouldn't even have bothered to call back once they knew the job was too small, or even worse, who would have seen this as an opportunity to fleece someone...to do minor work and overcharge a customer who doesn't know any better.  Alan took great pains to not only investigate my problem, but he followed through and called me back to explain the solution, and made sure I understood the details of how to proceed.  
I would absolutely hire Good Neighbor for any future work because honesty, integrity and professionalism are so rare nowadays. Those are values that you cannot put a price tag on.

Crew arrived on time and completed the work on time.  Finished product looks good.  Crew was courteous and professional and cleaned up everything before departing.  I would use this company again.

We needed about 95' of fencing and were sharing the cost with our neighbors. We'd obtained four other bids before signing up with Angie's List. Karen quickly scheduled our appointment, was on time and professional. She was knowledgeable about the quality of her product and fencing in general. She was willing to return for a second visit (on a Holiday weekend) to provide more information re matching fence colors with house color. Their bid was extremely fair--even after we decided on a fancy top for the two shared gates. Also important to us was their honesty--no hidden fees. We had to be out of town when they came to install the fencing and gates. We left our check with our neighbor and Good Neighbors was willing to work with us. We needed the fencing ASAP because our neighbor has a swimming pool and our yard is a corner yard, which made the openness of the pool very visible. We are pleased with the product and the experience of working with them and highly recommend Good Neighbor Fencing.

Provider was professional gave us options and listened to our needs, offered a better use of the fencing material. Provider came prepared with brochures, color samples and the actual material. Provider explained everything in detail as well as giving some suggestions. well feel comfortable that this company will meet our needs.

I was very impressed with them. They come out and they knew how to sell it and they were very courteous and they did a great job. They are excellent, excellent, and excellent. I would use them again.

For the most part, my experience with GOOD NEIGHBOR FENCING went okay. Once the fencing got done, there were some repairs that needed to be done and it took, from start to finish, close to two months before I got things rectified. The representatives were very nice. They did a slip-shod job repairing a wall that had previously broken earlier without my knowledge. It took them two or three times to respond. They didn't show. They tried to repair it a few times and used a completely different color stucco from what the wall was the final time. I didn't bother to call them after that. It was a common wall that I shared with my neighbor and now I have to pay to repair it. The fence looked good, but I wasn't pleased with the process and not the end result of the wall repair.

I called Jimmy on Tuesday morning and he came out within 2 hours to quote the job. Told me exactly how long it would take and what the cost would be. We agreed and he started the job on Thursday morning. The job was finished on the following Monday due to the rain. The quality of the work done is excellent, and everything looks exactly like I thought it would. Jimmy even called me the day after to ensure I was satisfied. (I wasn't home to look everything over when it was finished) I would definitely hire Jimmy and his crew again.

Good Neighbor came out within hours of my call to give an estimate. I went with him and he started very shortly thereafter. Built and installed a two-door custom swinging gate across my driveway. One post set in concrete, the other against my house. He constructed the metal frame on-site. I'm writing this review almost three years later and am happy to report that the gate is in great shape and works just fine. I would use Good Neighbor again.

Jimmy built a two-door gate about nine feet wide across my driveway. He came out to give a free estimate and share some construction ideas on very short notice. After the estimate, he was able to schedule the work within days. He showed up on time, finished about when he said he would and did a nice job.
