I called on Friday, 8/27/10, to schedule the move for the weekend. After speaking with Michael, we decided the most convenient date for them was Monday, 8/30/10, at 7:00am. At the expected arrival time on Monday, 7:00am, I called to find out why no one had arrived yet. I spoke with a lady who seemed to be unaware of our scheduled move. After flipping through her emails, she found the Michael had accidentally scheduled us for September 30th. She admitted it was their error and said she'd do everything possible to get our move done on this day. She explained that the crews had other commitments throughout the day and would come to us afterwards, around 6:00pm. At 5:00pm, I called to confirm their arrival and was told that the crew's job had ran long but they would definitely be coming afterwards. After a few hours, and several calls back and forth, Michael returned my call to let me know he was in touch with the crew and would stay in the office and call me every half hour to keep me up to date on their whereabouts. Sure enough, an hour goes by, no call. I call him and he tells me he waiting to hear from the Forman and would call me back in a few minutes. An hour later, no call. I call him again, and this time he says he just spoke with the Forman and that they were on their way and he'd be calling me in about 10 mins. An hour later, no crew, no call. I tried calling him back several times, but to no avail. I tried to call the office and lady's cell phone and nobody would pick up at all. They completely left me hanging out to dry and had no consideration fo me and my family as we sat around ALL DAY waiting for a moving company that never showed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and would highly recommend eveyone stay as afr away from this company as you can. Their costs may be cheap, but apparently you get what you pay for.
