Being a church with limited resources, GBC was very fair on pricing and
brought the project in at a much lower cost than any other contractor
would have for the same work.  Mr. Caruther's professionalism stood out
more than any other aspect of his work.  The only delays or problems
that we encountered on the project due to problems with the
subcontractors, which wasn't the fault of GBC.  Still, GBC was very
diligent in following up with the subs to make sure that we, the client
weren't left to deal with issues on our own.  It was very clear to all
that as the contractor, they took charge and responsibility for the work
performed by the subs and that all responsibility fell on GBC's
shoulders.  That made us feel very secure.  GBC was always very
communicative about issues, timeline changes, and variations to the
plans, making sure that there were no surprises.
Above all that stood out was their honesty and integrity, which in a
project of this scope, is of vital importance.  Although this is the
first time I personally have worked with GBC, this church has contracted
them in the past to similarly renovate an earlier church building that
we once occupied and all indications are the quality of their work was a
repeat of before.

I like them a lot. They are on time, reasonable, and decent especially the contractor himself.

Mr. Gerald was introduced to me by a friend who was marginally involved in my home remodeling project. He came on time and we went over the projects, needed a built in L shaped BBQ in the back yard, also cooling system for the electronic devices, steamer installation outside. He worked diligently and if there was any flaw or mistake, he paid special attention and corrected them all. Again, I wish I had known him from the very beginning, then I did not have to change two contractors!, before him I have no reservation in recommending him for any type of project.
