Everything went well.

Overall everything went well very well. They realized they happened to be in the vicinity of the house and offered to head over and get a head start on fixing the issue from the exterior while I drove over to meet them. They arrived about 20 minutes before I did and got to work ahead of time thus allowing me to get back to work earlier.

We have been using Glen for several years. What makes Glen unique is that he is easy to reach and always finds time to help us. He is always prompt and will call if he is running late. At this point, we feel he is one of the family. He was able to look at our pipes as well as the supply line to our washing machine. We found the culprit (an older hose bibb) that needed to be replaced as well as the washing machine supply line looked liked it needed to be replaced. Glen made the repairs to both items as he had both parts on his truck. He is the only plumber that we would trust for our house.

I have used Glenn for fifteen years. His entire business is word of mouth. I would never use another plumber. Ever. Not only is Glenn a great plumber, he is honest and trustworthy. He does the plumbing for me, my entire family and all my friends. He has never let me down in any instance, and has performed work for me on very short notice, including working beyond the call of duty in an emergency.
