When I told them I would like my $200 back, they told me they put a lot of work into it but would ''do me a favor'' and would return $100. I still haven't received any money. So they have my 42-inch Phillips plasma TV and my $200, which is like a fee for taking it. Bottom line: I would NEVER use them again!!!!!!!!!

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE FAST AND COURTEOUS AND WERE VERY INTERESTED IN HELPING ME FIX THE CD PLAYER. THE PLAYER WAS FIXED AND I'VE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE PERFORMANCE SINCE.
