I called them, and they came out in 1 hour. To us, it started off as a stopped out drain, and they had advertized that they fixed stopped up drains for 99 Dollars, but there were certain exceptions, and one of the exceptions was that if there was a stop caused by the sewer. There was a valve that had jammed and they had to literally dig 4 or 5 feet down outside my house, and replace the entire thing. They had a guy out the very next day, and he worked all day long, and got it done. The price seemed high to me.

Water heater works. I will never call the service again. Watch out they are also called Mike Diamond.

PLEASE alert customers NOT to use George Brazil/Mike Diamond! The discrepancy in price is out of control! I highly recommend Henrik Plumbing and will ONLY use them for any future work.

Among the worst firms ever in my dealings with repair companies. They were plesant when I made a Thursday 8-11 am appointment on the previous Monday. They arrived four hours late after making three calls to the dispatch office. Here is a listing of the charges they wanted: Replace drain baskets in a double sink $1,000, replace remaining drain pipes $1,295. Replace the stem valves on a Chicago Faucet $200, install the supplied bathroom faucet $925, install the pop-up drain valve of the same supplied faucet $430! Mind you, I bought the Faucet at Lowes for $125.00. When I asked the plumber to explain the charges he said that, "That's what it costs for a 24 hour service Company." When I asked for more detail he sid he didn't want to do the job and walked out of my house! I found a small firm that has only two plumbers that did everything for $550! Never Again! I joined Angie's because of this experience.
