We called several times and were told that someone would call us back. No one ever did. So we are still looking for someone to replace a window for us. George's Glass & Screen had actually replaced a window for us earlier this year. That first time too, it was difficult to get someone from the company over to our home to do the job that they had previously given an estimate on. Despite their unresponsiveness, once they did send someone, they did a good and reasonable job, so we decided to try them again.

IT WAS GOOD. THEY DID WHAT THEY HAD TO DO, PRETTY MUCH. THEY WEREN'T VERY TALKATIVE, AND THEY DID WHAT THEY HAD TO DO AND LEFT. THE QUALITY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICELY DONE. THEY TREATED US VERY NICELY, AND THE PERSON I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WAS VERY NICE, BUT THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE JOB WERE NOT VERY NICE.
