Really great! Like a genius I accidentally closed my garage door on my big trash bin and it made the whole door slanted and out of place. I got a quote from Genesis and they had Gustavo come the next day to look at it. He was able to put it back on track and its like new! Thank you Gustavo you were really polite and professional. Will be recommending your company to friends!

The serviceman was punctual. The installation took about an hour and a quarter. He explained the opener in detail, showing me how to program it, proper maintenance (e.g.,where to oil the door hinges) and then operated the door. He also, at my request, attached a keypad outside the door for remote-less opening. Showed me the manual and pages relevant to my concerns. Was pleasant and professional throughout.
